As you may have read in my "About Me"section on my Welcome page, I am currently going to Salt Lake Community College to obtain two associates degrees in Political science and Economics. I started my classes at Salt Lake Community College on summer 2015. I've been in the US for around 3 years. I am originally from Venezuela, but I decided to move to the U.S. on January, 2015 Because of the bad situation in my country I was forced to move to the US looking for a better future for me and my family. So, after 6 months of hard work My dad and I decided to send me to the U.S to study English. I arrived in Boston, Massachusetts on January of this year. I studied there for 12 weeks in KI Harvard.
My Family I am one of two children in my family, I have one younger brother named Felix Eduardo he is 16 years old and he is in 10th grade of school. He is in the Venezuelan national team of swimming and he was selected to go to the Panamericans games representing Venezuela, but he couldn't go because he had a surgery on his back just before I left the house to study in the U.S. My mom named Martha is a professor in the Central University of Venezuela, Lawyer, Archivist, librarian and counter and my Dad named Felix is agricultural engineer. They have both a company in Venezuela and Ecuador called DEFIDATA which basically is about digitization of documents.
Activities and HobbiesOutside of school I enjoy many activities, one of which has been exercising. Outside of the academic word, my favorite things to do is hanging out with friends and family! Planning trips outside salt Lake and being in touch with the nature. I love hikes, despite of I had a surgery on my knee, I really love sports. I used to practice tennis and Soccer (well, I practiced all kinds of sports) but, in one tennis match, I got injured. Since then, I am very careful with my movements but, at the same time, I'm trying to be as active as I can. When, I was in Venezuela i used to go to the beach one a week, I loved it! I really enjoy taking pictures, (or pictures of me) I feel it is the best way to keep memories, freeze moments in papers
